In 2024 Renzo Favero and his family company celebrate fifty years in the footwear business sector.
It has been a long and fascinating journey marked by the strength of ties, unfailing passion and progressive achievements:
Renzo Favero begins his entrepreneurial adventure, specialising in the manufacture of men's loafers.
The first structured headquarters and the start of production for the Renzo Favero brand
Ugo Favero, a true master of art, joins the company with his experience, professionalism and creative ability to manage the development of the various footwear models.
Renzo Favero moves into its current headquarters in via Aldo Moro in Lendinara. The workforce includes 60 employees plus 70 home-based workers. Daily production rises from 150 to 500 pairs of shoes.
The artisan character is maintained but incorporated into an industrial structure. Renzo Favero srl is born and soon becomes a leading company in the production of loafers on the international market.
The company enters new markets, such as China, England and America, without ever sacrificing quality.
It is the year of another important milestone. Renzo Favero becomes a reliable partner of major brands that are famous throughout the world.
Renzo Favero expands its offering: alongside the traditional manufacture of loafers, there is also a new production plant dedicated to trainers.
Production capacity is increased through a further important investment that allows a complete automation process of the artisan supply chain.
